【背景资料】

某高速公路跨江特大桥项目,中标价2.49亿元,主桥为（105+180+105）m预应力混凝土连续箱梁刚构桥,两岸引桥均为4m预制T梁,南岸16孔,北岸20孔,均为4孔一联先简支后连续结构。设计通航水位+12.30m,该标高对应的河面宽460m,主墩处水深6.286m。由于有通航要求和受流冰影响,所以不准搭设施工便桥。主桥主墩采用Φ2.0m钻孔桩基础,低桩承台,矩形空心墩,墩高34~38m。每个承台20根桩,承台长30m,宽20m,厚45m,所需混凝土由现场制备,引桥采用钻孔桩基础,圆柱墩,设系梁和盖梁,墩高8~28m,平均高度25m,地势起伏较大。施工单位进场后,经实地考查和校对设计文件,编制了施工组织设计。

项目经理部设立了安全机构,配备了3名持有交通部颁发的《安全生产考核合格证书》的专职安全生产管理人员。机务部检查确认施工船只证照齐全,船机性能良好,船员满员且持证上岗,能满足施工要求,报项目经理批准后,随即开始水上钻孔桩平台打桩作业。项目经理部为保证钻孔桩质量,设置了钻孔桩质量控制关键点:③桩位坐标控制,②护筒埋深控制,③泥浆浓度控制,④桩底贯入度控制,⑤护筒内水头高度控制,⑥导管接头质量检查与水下混凝土浇筑质量。

施工单位进场后,业主另外又委托其施工进场道路,并约定只按实际发生的工程费支付进场道路直接费,其他工程费的综合费率为10%,其中安全文明施工措施费1%,雨期施工增加费1万元（费率1%）。进场道路完工后,经监理工程师核实确认,施工机械使用费20万元,材料费70万元。

在1#主墩钻孔桩开钻前夕,承包人接到监理工程师指令:石油部门要在墩位处补充调查地下石油管线,要求1#主墩停止钻孔桩施工3天,监理工程师根据机械设备进退场申请单和现场核实,确认有两台钻机停工,其中一台为租赁,其分摊进退场费用后的实际租赁费2000元/天;另一台为自有,投标报价为台班费1600元,停置费1000元/天,利润率7%。

【背景资料】某大型矿井采用立井开拓方式，主井直径6.0m，井深890m；副井直径7.0m，井深850m；设计巷道断面较大，井底装载硐室在主井车场水平以下。
建设单位提供的地质资料中，基岩段涌水量小于10m³/h。施工单位经建设单位同意安排主井比副井提前3个月开工，装载硐室随井筒同时施工；主井进行临时改绞，用临时罐笼提升。
实际施工中，副井施工较顺利，预计可按时到底。主井地面预注浆效果较差，施工的涌水量达65m³/h。施工单位通过增加排水设备，强行通过了含水层。由于涌水影响，预计主井将比副井滞后2.5个月到底。主、副井短路贯通需2个月。经研究，决定临时改绞的方案不变。

【背景资料】
某新建高速铁路站前工程第二标段线路平面布置如图5所示。

主要工程情况如下：
路基土石方共6 0万m3如图5中D1是在营业线旁的帮宽路堤。该段营业线路堤填料为透水性材料。
双线桥梁两座，均为旱桥，墩高8 --l0m，桥址处地形平缓、地质良好，上部结构均为跨径32m简支箱梁。箱梁由本标段自行负责施工；设计要求箱梁采用预制架设或支架现浇， 具体施工方案由施工单位自行选择并按建设管理有关规定办理审批手续。
单洞双线隧道两座，均无不良地质，其中2#隧道围岩为Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级和V级，三种围岩的长度各占三分之一，Ⅳ级和V级围岩在进口和出口段均衡分布。隧道均采用钻爆法施工，洞渣弃运至图示弃渣场。由于工期紧张，需要对2#隧道增加斜井，图5中拟定的斜井A和斜井B处均具备斜井设置的条件，只需选择其中一个斜井进行施工；两个拟定的斜井长度均为300m，纵坡均为5%，洞口地势均较为平缓；斜井A围岩为Ⅲ级，斜井B围岩为V级。
全线铺设CRTS工型双块式无砟轨道。施工单位制定的轨道工程施工方案为：(1)无砟轨道在全线正式施工前，进行首件工程施工，首件工程由监理单位选定o(2)浇筑的道床板混凝土终凝后，及时松开螺杆词整器、扣件，释放钢轨温度应力。具体松开螺杆调整器和扣件的时机需要根据施工环境温度提前试验确定(3)铺设区间无缝线路时，工地钢轨焊接方优先采用铝热焊。
根据合同约定，施工单位要按设计要求，在站前工程施工中为“四电”专业提供必要的接口条件。
本标段总工期为3 6个月，其中隧道工期为2 4个月。本工程为总价承包合同。

某工程主要包括建筑管道、消防管道、建筑电气的安装。A施工单位承接后通过质量策划，编制了施工组织设计和相应的施工方案，并建立了现场质量保证体系，制定了检验试验卡，要求严格执行三检制。但是为了赶工期，采用加班加点办法加快工程施工进度，由此造成了质量与进度的矛盾。
质检员在进行质量检查时，发现如下几个问题：
问题1：某段建筑直径为200mm的供暖管道，施工情况如下图所示

问题2：室内消火栓系统的局部管道，质检员检查发现焊接变形过大，整条管道形成折线状，不得不拆除重新组对焊接。经返工后达到要求并进行试验。
问题3：外幕墙上的LED点源灯的金属柔性导管穿越外幕墙时没有做防水处理，灯具与金属柔性导管的连接用胶布粘贴。经过整改，质量问题得到解决。

某大型水库枢纽工程，建设资金来源为国有投资。发包人和施工单位甲依据《水利水电工程标准施工招标文件》(2009版)签订施工总承包合同。工程量清单计价以《工程量清单计价规范》为标准。南干渠隧洞估算投资1000万元，发包人将其以暂估价形式列入总包合同。
事件一、发包人要求以招标形式确定南干渠隧洞承包人，经招标，施工单位乙确定为承包人，与施工单位甲签订分包合同。

事件二、南干渠隧洞施工方案中，隧洞全长1000米，为圆形平洞，内径5米，衬砌厚50厘米，平均超挖控制在15厘米。
事件三、南干渠隧洞设计衬砌8635m³，实际用量12223.55m³。配比如表2，完工后，施工单位乙向监理单位提交混凝土衬砌子目完工付款申请单，申请以12223.55m³计量。

背景资料：

某市政施工单位承建一次干路路面工程，该路起止里程为K0+000~K2+000，起点与既有市政道路平交，道路平面图和横断面图分别如图1-1、图1-2所示。新建机动车道及非机动车道路面结构为：20cm厚级配碎石底基层、30cm厚水泥稳定碎石基层、三层式沥青面层总厚度18cm，路面结构示意图见图1-3

施工单位进场后，编制了路面施工方案和交通导行方案，并履行了审批手续。路面施工方案中基层施工要求如下：

 （1）采用厂拌法施工，水泥选用初凝时间3h以上的普通硅酸盐水泥； （2）混合料摊铺时，下承层应保持干净干燥，环境温度不得低于0℃；（3）基层按一层摊铺压实，若层厚不足进行薄层贴补；（4）混合料摊铺应连续缓慢匀速进行，并在当天碾压成型；（5）设超高的平曲线段采用由两侧向中心的方式进行基层碾压。交通导行方案中将施工现场划分为警告区和作业区。

基层施工完成后项目部对原材料质量等项目进行了质量检验。项目部在完工的基层表面施做A层和B层。

沥青面层施工时，在各层之间施做了C层。根据SMA上面层施工方案，项目部采用双幅同时施工，结合进度要求，计划上面层每天平均施工进度为200m。施工单位拟在甲、乙、丙三家单位中选择一家作为上面层沥青混合料的供货单位，其供货能力和投标报价见表1。经试验段实测SMA混合料的松铺系数为1.2，施工中材料损耗率为5%。

The casino included a photo of Williams among those of banned gamblers, and wrote to him a” cease admissions” letter noting the medical/psychological nature of problem gambling behaviors, the letter said that before being readmitted to the patronizing the casino would pose no threat to his safety have to his safety or well-being.

Every entrance ticket lists a toll-free number for counseling from the Indiana Department of Mental Health. [D]Gambling has been a common feature of American life forever, but for a long time it was broadly considered a sin, or a social disease. Now it is a social policy: the most important and aggressive promoter of gambling in America is government.

[E]David Williams’ s suit should trouble this gambling nation. But don’t bet on it.

[F]It is worrisome that society is medicalizing more and more behavioral problems, often defining as addictions what earlier, sterner generations explained as weakness of will.

[G]The anonymous, lonely, undistracted nature of online gambling is especially conductive to compulsive behavior. But even if the government knew how to move against Internet gambling, what would be its grounds for doing so?

Although we try our best, sometimes our paintings rarely turn out as originally planned. Changes in the light, the limitations of your painting materials, and the lack of experience and technique mean that what you start out trying to achieve may not come to life the way that you expected.

Although this can be frustrating and disappointing, it turns out that this can actually be good for you. Unexpected results have two benefits: you pretty quickly learn to deal with disappointment and realise that when one door closes,another opens. You also quickly learn to adapt and come up with creative solutions to the problems the painting presents, and thinking outside the box will become your second nature.

In fact, creative problem-solving skills are incredibly useful in daily life, with which you're more likely to be able to find a solution when a problem arises.
