【背景资料】 A 公司中标某城市污水处理厂的中水扩建工程，合同工期 10 个月，跨越冬季施工。工程主要包括沉淀池和滤池等现浇混凝土水池。拟建水池距现有建（构）筑物最近距离 5m，其地下部分最深为 3.6m。 A 公司施工项目部编制了施工组织设计，施工过程中发生以下事件： 事件 1：池壁和顶板连续施工，为增强整体性，项目部拟将顶板支架斜杆与池壁模板杆件相连接；池壁模板安装时，采用一次安装到顶而分层预留操作窗口的施工方法。施工缝处的橡胶止水带采用叠接，在止水带上穿孔固定就位。 事件 2：底板混凝土和侧墙混凝土分次浇筑，水平施工缝设置在腋角以上 100mm 处。 事件 3：为避免混凝土养护不到位而开裂，项目部加强了冬期混凝土质量控制，特别是新浇混凝土入模温度、拆模时内、外部温度控制。

某施工单位城建一项城市主干路改扩建工程，全长为2.0km，道路宽度由40m拓宽至55m，道路平面图如图1，设计道路横断面如图1－2。

项目部进场后依据施工方案完成了便道硬化及临时设施搭建。按方案要求对道路施工现场砂石备料进行了覆盖，大风天停止土方施工及水稳摊铺工作，在主要车辆出入口设置了洗车台，以减少施工场地尘土带出现场。

施工方案还充分考虑了新旧路基沉降差异，对新旧道路交接处的处理给予了高度重视，按设计要求采用性能良好的回填材料并优化了配合比，对碾压工艺进行了改进。

在完成垫层施工后，准备基层施工时恰逢雨期，项目部按照雨期施工专项方案管控措施，明确了道路基层压实要求，保证了基层施工质量。

开工前调研发现原路面检查井盖松动问题比较突出，噪声异常，行车舒适度较差，本项目应用了多项新材料、新技术以改善该质量通病问题，其中包括模块装配式检查井室，防沉降井盖等。

春节后，项目部组成人员及特种作业人员和工人均按时进场，项目部编制了节后复工方案，组织相关人员对现场安全文明进行了全面检查，并整改落实到位，填报了相关资料，完善了复工复产手续。

案例2：
背景资料：某施工单位承担了一项架空光缆线路工程，设有甲、乙、丙三个中继段。项目部根据具体情况进行了工作分解，估算了各工作的持续时间，确定了各工作之间的逻辑关系，编制了工作逻辑关系及持续时间表 (见表4)，并据此绘制了进度计划网络图。图4给出了部分进度计划网络图。


施工过程中，因设计不合理引起光缆路由变更，造成“架设乙段光缆”推迟2天完工。“乙段接续”工作进行中，因熔接机故障停工4天。由于工作量估计不准确，“架设丙段光缆”的持续时间比计划缩短了1天，“甲段接续”、“安装杆路标牌”的持续时间分别增加1天。

“Universal history, the history of what man has accomplished in this world, is at bottom the History of the Great Men who have worked here,” wrote the Victorian sage Thomas Carlyle Well, not any more it is not.

Suddenly, Britain looks to have fallen out with its favourite historical form. This could be no more than a passing literary craze, but it also points to a broader truth about how we now approach the past: less concerned with learning from our forefathers and more interested in feeling their pain. Today, we want empathy, not inspiration.

From the earliest days of the Renaissance, the writing of history meant recounting the exemplary lives of great men. In 1337, Petrarch began work on his rambling writing De Viris Illustribus--On Famous Men, highlighting the virtus(or virtue) of classical heroes. Petrarch celebrated their greatness in conquering fortune and rising to the top. This was the biographical tradition which Niccolo Machiavelli turned on its head. In The Prince, he championed cunning, ruthlessness, and boldness, rather than virtue, mercy and justice, as the skills of successful leaders.

Over time, the attributes of greatness shifted. The Romantics commemorated the leading painters and authors of their day, stressing the uniqueness of the artists personal experience rather than public glory. By contrast, the Victorian author Samuel Smiles wrote Self-Help as a catalogue of the worthy lives of engineers, industrialists and explorers. The valuable examples which they furnish of the power of self-help, of patient purpose, resolute working, and steadfast integrity, issuing in the formation of truly noble and manly character, exhibit, wrote Smiles, what it is in the power of each to accomplish for himself. His biographies of James Watt, Richard Arkwright and Josiah Wedgwood were held up as beacons to guide the working man through his difficult life.

This was all a bit bourgeois for Thomas Carlyle, who focused his biographies on the truly heroic lives of Martin Luther, Oliver Cromwell and Napoleon Bonaparte. These epochal figures represented lives hard to imitate, but to be acknowledged as possessing higher authority than mere mortals.

Not everyone was convinced by such bombast. “The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles,” wrote Marx and Engels in The Communist Manifesto. For them, history did nothing, it possessed no immense wealth nor waged battles: "It is man, real living man who does all that. And history should be the story of the masses and their record of struggle. As such, it needed to appreciate the economic realities, the social contexts and power relation in which each epoch stood. For: Men make their own history, but they do not make it just as they please; they do not make it under circumstances chosen by themselves, but under circumstances directly found, given and transmitted from the past.

This was the tradition which revolutionized our appreciation of the past. In place of Thomas Carlyle, Britain nurtured Christopher Hill, EP Thompson and Eric Hobsbawm. History from below stood alongside biographies of great men. Whole new realms of understanding from gender to race to cultural studies--were opened up as scholars unpicked the multiplicity of lost societies And it transformed public history too: downstairs became just as fascinating as upstairs

Shakespeare’s lifetime was coincident with a period of extraordinary activity and achievement in the drama. (46) By the date of his birth Europe was witnessing the passing of the religious drama, and the creation of new forms under the incentive of classical tragedy and comedy. These new forms were at first mainly written by scholars and performed by amateurs, but in England, as everywhere else in western Europe, the growth of a class of professional actors was threatening to make the drama popular, whether it should be new or old, classical or medieval, literary or farcical. Court, school, organizations of amateurs, and the traveling actors were all rivals in supplying a widespread desire for dramatic entertainment; and (47) no boy who went to a grammar school could be ignorant that the drama was a form of literature which gave glory to Greece and Rome and might yet bring honor to England.

When Shakespeare was twelve years old the first public playhouse was built in London. For a time literature showed no interest in this public stage. Plays aiming at literary distinction were written for schools or court, or for the choir boys of St. Paul’s and the royal chapel, who, however, gave plays in public as well as at court. (48) But the professional companies prospered in their permanent theaters, and university men with literary ambitions were quick to turn to these theaters as offering a means of livelihood. By the time that Shakespeare was twenty-five, Lyly, Peele, and Greene had made comedies that were at once popular and literary; Kyd had written a tragedy that crowded the pit; and Marlowe had brought poetry and genius to triumph on the common stage--where they had played no part since the death of Euripides. (49) A native literary drama had been created, its alliance with the public playhouses established, and at least some of its great traditions had been begun.

The development of the Elizabethan drama for the next twenty-five years is of exceptional interest to students of literary history, for in this brief period we may trace the beginning, growth, blossoming, and decay of many kinds of plays, and of many great careers. We are amazed today at the mere number of plays produced, as well as by the number of dramatists writing at the same time for this London of two hundred thousand inhabitants. (50) To realize how great was the dramatic activity, we must remember further that hosts of plays have been lost, and that probably there is no author of note whose entire work has survived.

供热主管道位于城市绿地下。设计用采用顶管法穿越市政道路，穿越道路下面敷设有污水及给水管道，采用人工挖土顶管施工，先顶入DN1000mm混凝土管作为穿越套管，在套管内并排敷设2根DN200mm保温供热管道。顶管工作坑位于公共绿地和住宅小区内，其中1#工作坑利用新建管道井建设。地质勘察资料表明地下水位高于工作坑底面0.5m。

某调水枢纽工程主要由泵站和节制闸组成，年调水量7.6×10⁸m³，节制闸共5孔，单孔净宽8m，非汛期截止时关闭挡水，汛期节制闸开敞泄洪,该枢纽工程在施工过程中发生如下事件：
事件一：项目法人向施工单位提供了水文、气象、地质资料，还提供了施工现场及施工可能影响的毗邻区域内的地下管线资科。
事件二：基坑开挖前，施工单位编制了施工组织设计，部分内容如下：
1)施工用电从附近系统电源接入，现场设临时变压器一台；
2)基坑开挖采用管井降水，开挖边坡坡比1:2，最大开挖深度9.5m；
3)泵站墩墙及上部厂房采用现浇混凝土施工，混凝土模板支撑最大搭设高度15m ,落地式钢管脚手架搭设高度50m；

事件三：施工时正值汛期，某天地基开挖的过程由于处理不当导致了事故，该事故经处理虽然不影响工程正常使用，但对工程使用寿命有一定影响。事故处理费用70万元,延误工期40天。

背景资料

某市商业写字楼新建工程，建筑面积42000㎡，地下两层，地上十二层，主体为钢筋混凝土框架结构，外围采用明框玻璃幕墙。建设单位与某施工单位签订了施工总承包合同，与监理单位签订了监理委托合同。

吊顶工程施工前，施工单位编制了吊顶工程施工方案，主要内容有：吊顶工程中的预埋件、钢筋吊杆和型钢吊杆进行防腐处理，主龙骨跨度为2.5m，分别用两根长度为1.7m的吊杆固定，吊杆距主龙骨端部200mm，重型设备安装时增设附加龙骨。现场监理工程师审核后认为存在不妥，要求整改。

幕墙节能工程使用的材料、构件进场时，施工单位对保温隔热材料的导热系数或热阻、密度、吸水率、燃烧性能等进行了复验。幕墙工程施工过程中，锚板采用Q235级钢，锚筋使用冷加工钢筋，直径为25mm，焊接人员用压力埋弧焊将弯折成L形的锚筋与锚板焊接牢固，现场监理人员以锚板施工不符合要求为由，要求整改。幕墙完工后，项目质量部门与监理单位对预埋件现场拉拔力等有关安全与功能项目进行检测。

单位工程全部完工，施工单位项目部组织预验收，预验收通过后，由总监理工程师组织设计、勘察、施工、建设等单位项目负责人进行竣工验收。验收过程中发现部分质量控制资料有缺失。
