There is a marked difference between the education which every one gets from living with others, and the deliberate educating of the young. In the former case the education is incidental; it is natural and important, but it is not the express reason of the association. 最终，某施工单位中标，业主与其签订施工合同时，由于设计未完成，工程性质已明确，但工程量还难以确定，双方通过多次协商，拟采用总价合同形式签订施工合同，以减少双方的风险。
